We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Changed your mind?
You can return most physical items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. To start a return, email us first at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll confirm the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Condition & return postage
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent — unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Return postage is paid by you, the customer (unless the item is faulty or was sent in error — see below).
- We recommend a tracked service or proof of postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please package it carefully.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check its condition, we’ll refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. We don’t refund the original (free) shipping where it applied. If an item comes back used, damaged or not in its original condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or it’s not what you ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll make it right — with a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the return postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
What we can’t accept back
- Digital download prints— because they’re delivered instantly, they’re non-refundable once the download has started or the files have been accessed.
- Personalised or made-to-order items created specifically for you.
- Items returned outside the timescales above, or not in their original condition.
These exceptions don’t apply if the item is faulty or was sent in error.
